To produce your report we collect: your email address; the names, birth dates, birth times and birth places you enter for both people; and the relationship context, question and story you choose to provide. Optional fields may be left blank.

Solely to calculate and generate your report and to deliver it to you. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing.

You provide information about another individual. You are responsible for ensuring you have a legitimate basis for doing so. We do not contact that person, and we do not use their data for any purpose beyond generating your report.

Order records are retained for accounting purposes as required by law. Birth information and the story you provide are retained for 24 months, so that we can resend or regenerate your report if you ask. You may request earlier deletion at any time.

You may request a copy of your data, correction of it, or its deletion. Write to hello@thekarmicdecoder.com and we will respond within 30 days.

This site uses only what is necessary to make the form work. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in access-controlled databases. No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
